K-drama stars and their stylists love to mix and match international labels with native brands while filming for these dramas. Korean fashion brands are grabbing attention both in Korea as well as overseas. It is because of the exposure to Korean fashion in K-drama hits from My Love From The Stars to Encounter.

Suecomma Bonnie
Song Hye-kyo is the Suecomma Bonnie campaign model, and she’s been seen wearing the gear from the brand on set at “Encounter.” She wore sporty canvas flats in the K-drama series “Descendants of the Sun.”

Avou Avou
The Korean fashion brand Avou Avou is best known for its sleek pantsuits and one-piece dresses. It is a beloved celebrities’ brand, including your favorite K-drama leading ladies like Song Hye-kyo and Lee Ji-eun. Song wore Avou Avou outfits in “Encounter,” where she played a hotelier who fell in love with a younger man after a romantic rendezvous in Cuba.
Lee Ji-eun, who is the owner of the eponymous hotel that caters only to ghosts in K-drama “Hotel Del Luna,” also wore Avou Avou.

Shin Min-a, Couronne’s latest campaign girl and famous for Netflix’s political drama “Chief of Staff,” is bringing even more attention to the brand.
Gentle Monster
The brand is quite popular among celebrities all over the world. Thanks to the celebrity boost, the brand founded by Hankook Kim has expanded outside South Korea and opened stores in other countries like Hong Kong and London.
Gianna Jun from the hit rom-com “My Love From The Star” donned a pair of Gentle Monster shades.
Gentle Monster Ma Mars 01 was recently featured in “Something in the Rain,” starring Son Ye-jin. She is the leading artist for the current cult favorite K-drama, “Crash Landing on You.”
Actor Gong Yoo was also spotted wearing Gentle Monster shade in the fantasy drama “Goblin.”
